The article is devoted to the analysis of VEB.RF's Methodological Recommendations for Green Finance published on July 13, 2020, named by many Russian experts as the National Green Finance Standard of Russia. This document was in-tended to define the criteria for green projects and financial instruments for enterprises and banks and, ultimately, describe the architecture of the national sys-tem of such financing. A similar document - Taxonomy Regulation - was adopted in the European Union on June 18, 2020. In this regard, a comparative analysis of the above issues is of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to form the idea of the national standard of green finance in Russia based on the analysis of regulations and scientific sources. The applied methods are empirical methods of comparison, description, interpretation, and theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. The following private scientific methods were used: legal-dogmatic and the method of interpretation of legal norms. The study showed that the main financial regulator in Russia is the Central Bank, and it is the regulatory documents of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation that should create a national standard for green financing. Without the approval of the Central Bank, VEB.RFs guidelines are turning into just another methodology of the rating agency

The market of Russian bonds denominated in foreign currencies was considered as the primary target for the initial package of the USA and EU economic sanctions in 2014. The analyses showed that, by the end of 2017, there was a significant reduction in the number of outstanding bond issues denominated in foreign currencies and a sharp increase in the bonds nominal volume evaluated in Russian rubles. The sanctions did not lead to a significant change in the structure of the market either from the standpoint of the number of bond issues denominated in foreign currencies or in terms of their nominal value. However, the number of foreign currencies in which bond issues were denominated was reduced from 11 to 6

Yeast, as a part of the recipe mass, must have high fermentation activity, and also have the ability to expand under anaerobic conditions, and to adapt quickly to a changing nutrient medium, in order to obtain high-quality bakery products. Preliminary activation of the pressed bakery yeast allows to shorten the duration of the technological process for the production of bakery products, and to reduce the cost of the final product. The experiments on the preliminary activation of yeast were conducted to study the behavior of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae under different conditions, namely in various nutrient media. The obtained results indicate, that the more substances, necessary for the yeast cell, present in the nutrient medium (sugars, amino acids, vitamins, macro- and microelements), the higher fermentation activity it possesses. Various products of plant raw materials processing were used as the components of the nutrient media. They allowed increasing the fermentation activity of yeast S. cerevisiae, in comparison with the yeast fermentation activity without preliminary activation.
